About the Photographer

So this is where I talk all about me, here it goes!

As the name of the site says, I am Andy Sallis, since turning my passion into a profession back in 2006, I have grown a great deal of warm respect for my craft. I live and work in Gloucestershire where I enjoy the beautiful countryside and take advantage of a huge variety of interesting places, that both myself and my camera can consume.

I started this profession by doing event photography, but now proud myself in focusing more on weddings and portrait photography. I have been a professional wedding photographer for over three years and have captured weddings in Gloucestershire, Bristol and even Suffolk. I treat every wedding as if it was my own and every client as family. Weddings are a pinnacle point in life, opening the doors to a new adventure with the one you love.

As a contemporary wedding and portraiture photographer, I love being able to tell loves stories through my imagery. I use high grade Canon photography equipment which caters for all types of photography, be it taking photos of your family in your favorite location to capturing detailed shots on your wedding day.

I believe in the beauty and individuality of every story I tell and love to share my passion with others through capturing all of the personality, love, and cherished moments of your amazing day in a way that is organic and authentic to you from the first kiss to the very last dance. My shooting style is quietly unobtrusive and supportive when needing to provide guidance on posing. For me and my couples, I want my photography to be an experience where you feel comfortable enough to relax and just be you, and above all, have fun with it!

There are many things that I can offer you with my photography, if you have any questions or would like to arrange a meeting about your needs; feel free to contact me using the form below, for more information you can visit my contacts page for details.

For those who know me, they will tell you that I do not like to send my photos out to be published in magazines and news papers, but there are times when I am happy to contribute my photography to ones that I trust.

Here is a sample of some of my published work.
